Jamie is the former Principal of XP School and XP East in Doncaster – expeditionary learning secondary schools that offer a 3 dimensional approach to their curriculum: character growth, beautiful work and academic success. Currently, he is the Instructional T&L Lead for XP Trust in the UK, and his interests revolve around pedagogy, leadership, new technology in the classrooms and redefining the purpose of schools in the UK.
