Recently named as one of the top 25 innovators and influencers in UK independent education, Sarah has been developing and promoting wellbeing in education for the best part of a decade. A big supporter of ‘the whole school approach’, her work at Caterham School centres around proactive pastoral care, underpinned by a strong wellbeing curriculum and complimented by a focus on staff wellbeing and engaging parents. Sarah’s current school has 1500 pupils aged from 3-18, with a proportion of international boarders and she is also a governor at a local primary school.
Sarah is a mum of three and a maths graduate from Oxford. Sarah taught at Dulwich College where she was also Head of Wellbeing for 11 years and has been Deputy Head (Pastoral & Wellbeing) at Caterham since 2017.
