Subject teachers of all ages who want to encourage pupils in their classes to broaden their thinking though higher quality questioning and become more inquisitive about what they are learning.

Course details

This is a 2 hour online, highly interactive course delivered by a virtual trainer.  You will explore the use of socratic questioning in the classroom and consider some examples of how this might be used in a range of subjects across all age groups.  As well as learning about some thinking games and activities to get questioning at the forefront of classroom activity, there will also be opportunities for delegates to discuss ways in which this method may be applied in their own subject area. We will share ideas with each other about how this may be implemented.
