This course is for:
Senior and middle leaders who want to explore ideas around pastoral care and how to transform a school culture to one underpinned by wellbeing. 

Course details:
This is a 3 hour online course delivered live by a virtual trainer. You will hear about the latest ideas in pastoral care and have chance to consider what promoting wellbeing would look like in your setting. You’ll discover how wellbeing impacts all aspects of school life, involves the whole community and is both challenging and exciting when done well. The course explores everything from the vision and strategy needed to get started, with real-life examples of how wellbeing can be embedded across a school community. There will be many opportunities for delegates to discuss their own circumstances, make plans for the future and share best practice, whilst learning new ideas and strategies along the way.
