Rob Fleming – Preparing for an Ever-Evolving Workplace

Rob Fleming is the Head of Digital and Data for the UK Retail bank. He’s based at the Birmingham headquarters and is responsible for a team of digital product specialists, data scientists and CRM professionals across multiple UK and India sites. Rob has been with HSBC Group for 21 years and worked in multiple areas of the business and locations, including an international posting in Mexico and Group Customer role in London
